Removable Cover & Durable Zipper – The outer cover of the pet bed is equipped with a premium L-shaped zipper, which is smooth and durable, makes it very easy to remove. The cover is machine washable for easy care. The upgraded fabric and reinforced stitches ensure the cover remains as good as new after multiple washes.
Two-sided Design – One side of the dog bed features ultra-soft deluxe plush velvet, provides a warm shelter for our pet to snug in the cold weather. While the other side is made of Oxford fabric, it helps keep our dog cool in summer. The Oxford fabric is also durable enough to hold up to daily wear and tear.
Size & Using Occasions – This orthopedic dog bed measures 35″L x 22″W x 3″H, for dogs up to 50lbs. It can be used as a dog crate pad, dog pillow, dog mattress, cage bed, crate bed at home, even as a dog travel bed in a car or truck. Q：How long will it take to ship my bed?
A：All of our bed ships within 1 business day, or even same day! All orders ship via Ground Shipping by default, which can take anywhere from 2-7 business days to arrive at your door, depending on how far you live from the warehouse.
Q：Is it machine washable?
A：Yes it is! All you need to do is machine wash the cover on cold temperature, dry on low heat.
Q：Are the beds chew proof?
A：While all our beds are “tear resistant” meaning, it holds up better against digging and scratching than most types of dog bed covers, it’s not 100% chew proof for determined dogs.However – we don’t get many reports of chewed up beds. That’s partially because we do a good job of hiding the zipper and sewing the seams properly.
Q：How does the 1 Years Warranty Work？
A：Our 1 years warranty guarantees that your dog’s bed will not flatten and will retain at least 70% of its shape or we will replace the foam for free! Just contact us with a picture and we’ll have a new piece of foam for you in no time. Please note, the warranty does not cover damage to the bed covers or any damage caused by chewing.
Q：What if my dog won’t use the bed?
A：While this is rare, every once in a while, a dog won’t get used to their new bed. With the Ksiia Bed, since 2019, this has been roughly 1.2% of customers.In almost all cases, given enough time, an at-first skeptical dog will eventually warm up to their Ksiia Bed and fall totally in love. But if it never happens…. that’s ok! It’s why we give you a full 30 day at home trial. Take your time to try the bed.
